GENERAL INFORMATION

Check of resistance of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid

The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid represents a thermistor at which reduction of temperature its resistance increases.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor and measure sensor resistance at various temperatures.

2. Check on contacts of the electric socket to the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid presence tension at ignition inclusion. On the socket there has to be voltage about 5 V, otherwise check an electric chain of the sensor or the ESM control unit.
