6.2.20. System of repeated burning of exhaust gases (EGR)
Typical system of repeated burning of exhaust gases Arrangement of the EGR valve and converter of the return pressure For reduction of emission of oxides of nitrogen the part of exhaust gases is taken away through the EGR system valve in an inlet collector. The system of repeated burning of exhaust gases consists of the EGR valve, the electromagnetic valve, the converter of pressure (VRT), the block of electronic control (ESM) and vacuum lines connecting various components of system. The converter of pressure (VRT) copes vacuum and doses amount of exhaust gases which is exposed to repeated burning. The ESM block on the basis of information from sensors makes inclusion and switching off of system of repeated burning of exhaust gases. Check Replacement EGR VALVE
