6.2.21. System of catching of vapors of fuel (EVAP)
Schematical image of system of catching of vapors of fuel (EVAP) This system serves for branch and collecting of vapors of fuel from a fuel tank, the case of a butterfly valve and an inlet collector in the canister with charcoal for reduction of their emission in the atmosphere in the form of hydrocarbons. During the operation of the engine of couple of fuel get from the canister with charcoal, the arriving air and are involved in usual process of combustion. Unstable operation of the engine idling, bad controllability and problems at a stop of the engine can be a consequence of malfunction of the control valve, damage of the canister with coal, existence of cracks or peeling in hoses, existence of deformation and other damages.
