Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Press a brake pedal several times at the idle engine to create the identical pressure close to the atmospheric in cavities of the vacuum amplifier. |
| 2. At the same time on the effort enclosed to a pedal, define, whether there is no jamming of the case of the valve. |
| 3. Stop a brake pedal in the middle of its course and start the engine. At the serviceable vacuum amplifier the brake pedal after start of the engine has to leave forward. |
| 4. If the pedal does not leave forward, check fastening of a tip of a hose, a condition of fastening of a flange of a tip in the amplifier, a condition of a hose and the union. |

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes. |
| 2. Remove the main brake cylinder. |
|
3. In salon of the car disconnect a pusher of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the top part of a pedal of a brake. |
|
4. Unscrew 4 nuts of fastening and take the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a motor compartment. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in sequence, the return to removal. |
|
2. At installation of the new vacuum amplifier of brakes check distance from a pusher axis to the case of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (L). |
| 3. For adjustment of size of a vystupaniye of a pusher from the vacuum amplifier of brakes weaken a lock-nut and, rotating a pusher, establish a pusher axis at the demanded distance from the case of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. |
| 4. Remove air from hydraulic system of brakes. |
