Rotation of the handle corrects a tilt angle of a beam of light of headlights depending on loading of the car. Turn of the handle counterclockwise lowers a beam of light down (when loading the car) and vice versa, turn of the handle clockwise lifts a beam of light of headlights. The starting position "0" corresponds to loading of the car only by the driver and the passenger on forward sitting.
