Coupling with the hydraulic drive
Coupling with the hummock drive
Coupling is intended for short-term separation of the engine and transmission at gear shifting or braking and their smooth connection at start-off of the car from a place, and also for protection of details of transmission from dynamic loadings. Coupling one-disk, dry constantly closed type with the central press spring and a quencher of tortional fluctuations on the conducted disk. In a case of a transmission primary shaft of a transmission on which the bearing which is not demanding maintenance settles down press acts, and outside of a case the lever of switching off of coupling to which the coupling cable fastens is located. The principle of action of coupling is based on a torque transmission from a flywheel and the leading part of coupling on the conducted disk, so, and on primary shaft of a transmission at the expense of friction forces which arise between disks at the included coupling. Due to elasticity of a press spring press the disk clamps in this situation among themselves and a flywheel the conducted disk with the effort which is not allowing its pro-slipping. Thus press the bearing and a press spring do not adjoin. When pressing a coupling pedal through a cable of coupling or the hydraulic drive and a fork, vyzhimny the bearing presses a press spring of the leading disk of coupling and wrings out the leading disk from a flywheel therefore the conducted disk is released and the torque transmission between the engine and a transmission stops. The leading part of coupling fastens bolts to a flywheel. The conducted disk of coupling is located between a press disk and a surface of friction of a flywheel. The nave of the conducted disk of coupling is established on an entrance shaft of a transmission and freely moves on shaft grooves. In the hydraulic drive of coupling brake fluid is applied. |
