Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. On the cold engine include ignition and check that on the socket of the control air valve there is tension. |
2. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, switch off ignition and remove the control air valve. Check that the gate of the valve was completely closed. Otherwise replace the control air valve. |
|
3. Check resistance of the control air valve. If the ohmmeter shows break or short circuit, replace the control air valve. When checking the control air valve resistance between contacts 1 and 2 and contacts 2 and 3 has to be equal 9 Ohms. |
|
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the control air valve and disconnect hoses of supply of cooling liquid (1) and an air hose (2). |
2. Unscrew bolts and remove the control air valve. |
3. Installation is made in sequence, the return to removal. Thus it is necessary to use new laying. |
