5.20. Removal and installation of a turbocharger

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.

3. Remove a casing of a collector and disconnect system of ventilation of a crater from system of an admission of air.

4. Disconnect an air inlet tube, assembly of the air filter and the resonator and remove them from the top part of the engine (see rice. The air filter of the engine with a turbocharger).

5. Disconnect a hose of supply of cooling liquid to a turbocharger (see rice. Turbocharger details).

6. Remove a turbocharger arm.

7. Pick up the entrance phone of a turbocharger.

8. Unscrew bolts and remove tubes of giving and return of oil from a turbocharger.

9. Unscrew the nuts fixing a turbocharger to a final collector and, being careful, remove a turbocharger.

10. The lower bolts of fastening of a case of coupling to the block of cylinders.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a turbocharger on a final collector together with new laying and fix bolts.

2. Connect the pipeline of return of oil to a turbocharger.

3. Through an opening for connection of the pipeline of supply of oil to a turbocharger fill in pure oil in a turbocharger and turn the turbocharger turbine. Screw the pipeline of supply of oil on a turbocharger.

4. Further installation is made in sequence, the return to removal.
