Air receiver of system of the self-leveled suspension bracket
Some models are equipped with the air self-leveled suspension bracket which operates clearance of the car. The control switch of height allows to choose one of two levels of clearance – normal or high. Distinction of height between the normal or high level of clearance makes 40 mm.
The system supports constant clearance, changing pressure in the shock-absorber depending on loading of the car on signals from the sensor of height of the car installed in each spring.
The system consists of four racks of a suspension bracket, the air compressor, the air tank, a dehumidifier and pipelines connecting these components.
Service of the air self-leveled suspension bracket needs to be made only at service station.
||During the work on any part of the air self-leveled suspension bracket check that the car is in normal (low) situation, the control switch of height on dashboards is switched off and removed a weight wire from the accumulator.
Replacement of a forward rack
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|1. Lift forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove forward wheels.
|2. Disconnect air supply tubes.
|3. Disconnect the electric socket from the car height sensor.
| 4. Other operations on removal and installation of a rack with system of self-alignment are similar to operations on removal and installation of a usual rack.
Removal and installation of the compressor and osushivatel
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
|1. Lift forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the left forward wheel.
|2. Remove forward part of a mudguard.
|3. Disconnect air pipes from an osushivatel.
| 4. Disconnect electric sockets.
|5. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening and remove the compressor and an osushivatel.
|6. Installation is made in sequence, the return to removal.
