12.7. Pump of the amplifier of a steering

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Uncover a filling tank of hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering and, using a syringe, pump out liquid from a tank.
2. Unscrew two bolts and a nut (are specified by shooters) and remove a casing of a driving belt of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
3. Record a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of a steering from a provorachivaniye.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a pulley.
5. Take off a driving belt of the pump of the amplifier of a steering and the generator.
6. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an arm of support of the pipeline of the amplifier of a steering.
7. Disconnect pipelines of the amplifier of a steering from the pump and a nutritious tank.
8. Unscrew three bolts and remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
9. For removal of a tank from the pump of the amplifier of a steering, fix the pump in a vice with soft sponges and unscrew two bolts which fix a tank to the pump.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence of the return to removal. Adjust a tension of a driving belt of the pump.
2. Fill in new liquid and remove air from hydraulic system of the amplifier of a steering.
