9.2.6. Replacement of the needle bearing of an output shaft of a transmission

GENERAL INFORMATION

The needle bearing of an entrance shaft of a transmission is installed in an end face of a cranked shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a transmission.
2. Remove the leading part of coupling and a disk of coupling.
	3. Take from an opening in an end face of a cranked shaft the needle bearing by means of the corresponding stripper.
	4. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, install the new needle bearing in an opening in an end face of a cranked shaft.
5. Establish a disk of coupling and press a disk. Establish a transmission.
